[R-390] Collins R-389 RF deck assist request

Would someone with expertise in the R-389 RF deck please explain to me how 
to reinsert the clip shown in the tweezers. The adjacent rack to the left 
has a broken clip which allows the small block to swing to the side and 
cause the next rack to bind and let it's block snap out of the clip. I 
managed to get the clip out but have no idea how to reinsert it. The first 
slug has been removed so as not to damage it while trying to get the clip 
back in place. The slug will be replaced when the clip is screwed back in 
place.
