[R-390] R390 F103?

Aside from opening when the current exceeds it ratin, what does F103 do in an R390?  Scanning quickly through a copy of the manual, I see where it's referenced on one of the individual schematic pages with a "See Note 3" but there's no Note 3 on that page.  Just curious as I'd never noticed that fuse before.  It appears to be part of the Remote Control circuitry?
