[R-390] Cable Guy

I used to work with a guy at a two-way shop who told me that polyphasers
acted like ghost buster traps and contained the lighting thus grounding
them is a bunch of hoo-haa. I asked him how do we dispose of the lighting
after and I actually stumped him.
