[R-390] First R390A - let the adventure begin

Hi Don,

Ok.  I cut the section a little lone where the screw goes, but this is 
what it looks like.  Still needs a little work, but I think it will 
clean up and work Ok.   Instead of using the band saw, I think I'll try 
a 20 TPI blade in a scroll saw to cut out the next one.  Never cut metal 
with a scroll saw before though.
