[R-390] R390A parts needed

Hi Doug,

I checked my R-390 parts bin and I do not have any spares for those shaft
extensions (the ones for the Bandwidth and BFO knobs) but I may have some
clamps, somewhere...
If the purpose is to have the radio "original", you need those parts.
BUT, if it is just to make the radio functional, you can use two lengths of
1/4" shaft with straight shaft couplers.
