Perry,

I suggest you research the surplus parts sellers.  (We still have some,
don't we?) . Some place must have a bin full of those things.  They also
show up at hamfests.

Of course they come in a variety of forms: connector less (solder terminals
only), right angle, high current, normal current, and so on.

I think the latest quoted price of the Greenlee punch that is just right
was a bit over $400 each.
