[R-390] FS R-390 IF deck modified to R-725

Good evening everyone,

Having a good cleanout of my shack and I am letting all my R-390A receivers go and keeping my R-390 for myself. Some time ago I bought a spare R-390 IF deck and re-wired the filaments to run on 6.1V as per Tom’s instructions. The result is an IF deck that will go straight into your R-390A and you can have yourself a faux R-725. 

For those new to the R-390 series radios just to be clear, this deck is not compatible with the R-390 radio unless you re-wire the tube filaments back to 26V operation. This deck will only work in an R-390A.

I am offering it to list members first before it goes on the bay, asking $180 USD plus shipping. Please bear in mind I am in New Zealand so shipping may be around $60 USD. I will be going to the Post Office tomorrow so I can get a definitive shipping cost then.
