Tom,
It would be a daunting task to maintain a current list of R-390A owners.
These receivers change hands frequently in various venues (ebay, for sale
ads, hamfests, private transactions, trades), and there are several
thousand of the receivers still in use, in storage, on workbenches, world
wide.

That said, there is a much smaller pool of R-389 LF/MF receivers, and I
keep a private informal registry of those (numbering about 50 verified
units).   Some owners prefer to remain anonymous so the list is not
public.  Total production of the R-389 was only about 856 total, plus at
least 4 prototype units, so its easier to track the few remaining receivers
from that pool.
