[R-390] R390 Registry

I have one of each, 390 and non-a. Plus a large stack of parts.

How does one know what's what? This stuff was mix-n-match at the depot level.

Have one real tag. R-1247. The chassis has none of the expected holes.
For all intents and purposes it is an R-390a.
