The number in the subject is indeed the eBay item number.  The listing has ended now, but it is still displayed.

The way I look at this, I didn't really see anything there that I haven't seen in listings before (okay - the file on the anodized surface is a stretch...) and much of what he listed is pretty much standard R390A refurbishing fare.

If you don't like what someone is selling, don't buy it.  Yes, uninformed folks might be sold on some of the claims, but I'd think no one on this list falls into that category so posting about here is rather unnecessary.  There are lots of other R390As to be had.
