[R-390] NON A service docs

That's kind of harsh......

My youngest would have no trouble lifting a 390A or a 390. She's 5'-6" and about 120 lbs. and works out every day. She's a Dallas cop and you do not want to get into a fight with her.  You also will probably not be able to out run her, she runs daily too.
FWIW her mother weighs 85 lbs. the same as a 390A (she's 4'-8") and Amber can lift her clear of the floor easily.
