Yo Dudes,
I've dropped off being active on the R390 and Time Nuts forabout 6 months now due to a number of circumstances.
First my carpel tunnel surgery has about 99%.  The last to heal is the scar tissue from the incisions.  They remain tender long after the rest of the hand is OK.  Although the scars are last to return to normal, it was well worth it to correct the problem.  In about one week each hand was 85% healed the scar process was the long slow 10%.  That said both hands were quite useable two weeks after the procedure.
During this time several things happend.  I dropped my SP 600 re-man projects as the ebay markets sucked for them as well as the "R390A/URR" or whatever it's called.  (OK Less?)
Due to the Obammy mammie economic kumbia policies our retirement fund can no longer support are living in the land of the demented and deranged (California) so in the spring we are moning and tenatively plan to go to South Carolina. Are CA condo is noth worth $200 a SF.  In Los Angeles it's now $600 a SF.  In South Carolina good housing is $50 to $85 a SF and taxes there are about 50 to 75% lower.
I am going to sell off almost all my radios and test equipment including 4 working HP 3586B Frequency Selective Voltmeters which are great receivers for vlf and an early HP 312B W/OEM manual.
Soon I will list R-388's and SP 600's plus some older misc. good test equipment.  Unless some one is interested I'm going to list my R390A/R725/Osterwald conversion kits on ebay. All prices will be realistic or fire sale.
To start I have a TS 585D/U audio output test meter.  It measures impedience from 2.5 to 20 K Ohms in  about 30 different impediences.  The output range is -10dB FS to + 20 dB FS.  There's one on epay for $275 for a picture of what it is.
It's in very good condition with a repainted case.  $75 plush shipping from 92220. Probably 15 lbs.
If interested please generate and ORIGINAL email off line so Yaphooie doesn't screw this up.
Regards,
Perrier
