[R-390] NOS R-390As

The only new one I ever saw was in a crate in a supply warehouse at Camp
Lejeune in 1972.  It was an EAC, interestingly I was fixing a few in 72 for
Fair Radio, as I lived in Lima Oh and was a Marine Reservist. Just could
not figure out how to get the supply sergeant to send it home with me ...
