[R-390] RF deck below 8 mhz

Hi Chuck,  All 3 conversion oscillators require the reg'd +150v.  For the 1st osc it is 'switched' on only below 8 mc by the band switch.  That may be where your problem lies. Check alignment of that switch segment with a volt or ohm meter.  It could also be a cabling issue.  Test point E607 is found on the left side through a hole in the frame as it is in the side of the audio subchassis.  I assume since it works above 8mc, that the reg'd +150v is ok, just not getting to the 1st osc.
