[R-390] R390 Forum Post Content Format reformatted YaHoo RTF

As some of you may have noticed, some of my previous posts have had a strange format to them.  Well believe me, they didn't start out that way.  I knew that the Mailman program that is used for this forum processed and reformatted some info in posts sent to it, but mine were changed extensively.  Well it turns out that the Mailman doesn't process RTF (Rich Text Format) used by the YaHoo client by default very well.  So, for you YaHoo client users, there's a '<<' down at the bottom right of your page when you're composing an email that converts it to 'plain text'.  That maintained most of the original formatting I put into my last post.  That is good enough for me.  Thank you Don Reeves!
