[R-390] Stuck Meter

First and foremost I hope that everyone  had a great Christmas.

The carrier level meter in my recently resuscitated R390A is sticking at 60
and will not pass this mark. I have to tap the meter to get it back to work
when it sticks due to very stong signal. Any recommendations apart from
opening the meter or getting a "new" one?
