[R-390] R-648/ARR-41 high serial number?

Last moth I finally got around to going through the stuff I got from an
estate in 2009 (lots of distraction) I fould a ARR-41, does someone know of
a common site of where to get scanned manuals etc ? Should make a good
winter project.
