[R-390] Regret missing Huntsville this year

Unfortunately I was not able to make it to Huntsville this year, it would
of been good to visit with those who were in attendance. I think of it as
the premier show in the southeast and it is only 70 miles from my house.

What kept me away from there was a good reason to turn the lights on in the
house and watch what you are doing;

The evening before, a bit before turning in for bed I went in to the
bathroom to wash my face. I grabbed a towel off of the shower rod to dry my
face and felt a stinging sensation on my lip. Turning on the light I found
that I had smooshed a spider and his last defiant act was to bite me.
Within an hour the lower half of my face, down to my shoulders and across
to my ears was completely numb and starting to swell. Figuring that I
probably wasn't going to die I took a few Benadryl and went to bed.

All day Saturday my face continued to be numb. Drinking water was comedic,
it went everywhere because whatever was in the venom also affected muscle
function to some extent. Finally by late Saturday night the numbness was
going away and by Sunday things were back to normal.

Hopefully the spider was hanging out in the cardboard box full of
radioactive meters from R-390's and I get spidey-super strength.
