[R-390] Mint condition R-390A

So, they originally used non-IERC shields and later recommended a
replacement or elimination of the originals? I do remember that my first
R390A from Fair back in 79 only had standard shields. I bought it as a
reparable unit and it had a stuck PTO slug and bad AGC coil. Later on I
landed one with a complete set of IERC shields. It had a nice greenish
front panel and was the only one in which I saw the meters in darkness.
The one in the auction looks great but I don't think it is NOS.
