[R-390] HSN and other radio files

It had been asked for me to put up the HSN collection on Dropbox. I do have
it up there along with LOTS of other information, including the Y3K R-390A
documents and an ENTIRE collection of other tube based and amateur radio
documents.

some stuff I have written professionally and the most unusual R-220/URR.

today I have forwarded the collection to 33 different people.
