[R-390] Need info on R-390A type or variation

In particular, this manual change reflects Field Change 3-R-390A/URR and
shows a schematic for the new rear panel connections

NAVSHIPS 0967-063-2080 has the actual Field Change procedure but I can't
find a copy of that one.
