Shhhh! Don't go tellin' on the boudin, that is a acadian delicacy that
rarely leaves the 100 mile radius around Lafayette or Baton Rouge. I have
been craving boudin and crawfish Étouffée for the past few weeks and was
half-tempted to go to Louisiana just for lunch.

Next you will be telling them about the lovely taste of nutria; yea, I
found a hole in the wall that sold that too, let it never be said that I am
not open to culinary adventures.
