Roger,
He is active on this list and responded to my original email within hours
of me making a posting. It would not be right for any of us to use the list
as a selling tool (I have absolutely no financial interest in the Dr's
business/hobby other than being a satisfied customer). We had swapped
emails back and forth a few times over the years

While it appears that he does not keep a constant inventory of the
regulators I see them pop up on eBay from time to time under the seller id
"sigmapert". I am speculating here, but it appears he makes them in very
small lots as a casual endeavor. I can see why he sells through that venue,
it takes care of the billing and the ikky financial matters for him.
