[R-390] Paint & Letter fill

[Guido Santacana]

Years ago I removed cigarrette tar from the painted chassis of a Halli SX23
an revealed the original mint paint. The tar acted as a protective agent.
The same thing happened with the front panel of one of my HQ180s.
