[R-390] IF out cable needed

I guess to clarify, the disc can be popped out when the solder is melted.  I think I made that sound like it will pop out on its own and that's not necessarily the case.  Heating the connector and tapping it on the bench should pop the disc out.  I'm not sure if there's a small hole where a pointed tool (dental pick, etc.) can be used or not.  As I recall, I just heated it and tapped it on the desk and the disc came out.

I'll still check on what jumpers I have on hand.
