You're not alone, Cecil - I didn't see it either. Must be getting old(er).
But it's reassuring to know that the list has 'progressed' past the New-Age
Expert stage to the Politically-Correct Speech Police period.

Hopefully it will put your unhappy mind at ease Perry, to remember that we
have one of the better [understatement] list owners and admins out there
keeping an eye on things for us. Don has done a perfectly good job of
keeping the list from ruin for the roughly two decades I've been a member
here. And it has seldom required public intervention. So you can relax and
relieve yourself of the urge to lecture or nanny anyone on how they should
behave, what they should or shouldn't say, etc. The list's "dignity" is
just fine, perfectly intact. Don's got it covered.

If you really feel you must do *something*, you're always free to contact
the offender directly, of course. Let 'em know how you really feel and why.
That's your best bet for getting results. True, it's not as dramatic and
won't garner as much attention as posting a whinge to the entire list, but
hey - it is the internet, after all. Most of us have lives beyond it, and
our big boy pants make dealing with the petty things much easier while
we're on here.
