[R-390] Panel Painting Advice

A few years ago he did a Hallicrafters S-76. He did a top notch job. I
stripped the front panel, primed, and painted it. I then sent it to him to
have the letters put on. I think he had a machine that printed the letters
onto the panel somehow. It looked factory when he was done. I had to take
before pictures at a high resolution with a scale ruler in the picture.
