[R-390] WTD manual for Westinghouse antenna coupler KMS-101, military designation CU-1424/U

Hello, 
I just got a rare Westinghouse antenna coupler KMS-101, military designation CU-1424/U. Serial number is #•0099.
It is a solid state unit, frequency range 2MHz-32MHz with one input and eight outputs. Input and output are C connectors. The date codes on the electrolytics are from fall 1966.

A Google search did not find me a manual. Anybody has one available? I would appreciate any help either a paper copy or a .pdf file.
