[R-390] Panel meters again

BTW, they don't show a view of the back of that meter, but that metal flange sticking out from behind the face of the meter is just a removable adapter plate of some sort. The screws in the front of the meter are screwed to that plate. You remove that plate to bolt the meter to an R390A.
