[R-390] Top and bottom covers-Why?

Manuals for the R390 and R390A are posted all over the internet -- 
it's hard not to stumble over them, along with lists of which are the 
"best" manuals.  So, too with things like "Utah plate."  Spend 60 
seconds on Google and you will have all of the manuals and other 
references you could ever want.  (I just found 7 photos of Utah 
plates in less than 15 seconds.  "Top cover" and "bottom cover" 
should be self-explanatory, and there are dozens of photos online if 
needed.)  Then, if you still can't find what you need, ask on the list.

I don't want to discourage newbies from asking questions when they 
get stuck, but at the same time, "I'm too lazy to do ANY research on 
my own" is not really a good excuse for being stuck.
