[R-390] top and bottom cover source

At one time (4-5 years ago) Fair Radio sold the top and bottom cover and
the Utah plate. They look like they were a remanufacture (brand new-new).
The Utah plate did not have the stencil that labels the tuning spots and
was just gold anodized, brushed aluminum.

Other than lacking the stencil and the top and bottom plates being of a
slightly thinner gauge than factory original they were excellent.

I do not know if they have them any more. As with a couple of items on the
reciever I seemed to luck out and buy like the last one on the shelf.
(including those mini bayonet connectors). I would get a return phone call
along the lines of "we don't have six that you ordered, only five. do you
still want them?".... I was tempted to say "no, since the part is no longer
available there is no way that I want to buy the last one."
