[R-390] Royalty and R-390A

[Nick England]

The cabinet is CY-2416/U which is a TMC model RAK-4. TMC supplied the
cabinet with 2 ea. CV-591A under Navy contract.
Equipment Cabinet, 21" panel space, 23-1/8"" x 20-9/16" x 16-5/8"
The R-390A was installed by the shipyard.
