[R-390] R-390A FL-101 Line Filter

Personally, I like Roger's idea.
Just open up the old filter housing, gut it, and close it back up.
The last thing I need is another piece of iron on the operating position.
Between the BC-614 Speech Amp, The SP-600, and the rest of the operating
gear, I really don't want it loaded any more than I already have.
Putting underneath just provides another item to break a toe on!
I already have to watch my step around the two Beasts! Accidentally
kicking one of them is definitely a toe breaker!
