[R-390] R390 Re-cap kit

I really took no pleasure in passing on the news.

I decided to inform the list.  Dave is INDEED a loss that has been felt.

I obtained two of the kits from him.

Both have been put to use.

Yes, I used Chuck's advice on C-553.  I posted the same with the sad 
news or maybe it was separate.

I don't remember.
