To be honest, I got in on the Perry buy and disbursement initially.

If what I am getting is the same, and seems to be based on Tisha's post, 
it will be just fine!

We had a phrase in the military for such things:

Bridge condition ZULU!  Slicker than greased owl crap!

That was one way of passing the word regarding how the ice layer on a 
bridge was!

Once told that, you knew without question that you were dealing with 
Black Ice!  You'd better be ready....
