[R-390] FS IERC tube shield sets for R-390A

I have put together a complete IERC tube shield set for the R-390A per 
Chuck Ripple's list, see http://www.amwindow.org/tech/htm/irec.htm

This set has 26 IERC TR series heat dissipating tube shields (the good 
ones per Ripple).   Cost is $130 ($5 x 26 shields) with free shipping in 
USA.

I also have the short TR6-6015B if you use the solid state rectifiers 
from Germany and will substitute for two of the bigger shields used with 
the vacuum tube rectifiers, or add $10 for these two shields as 
interchangeable spares in your power supply.
