[R-390] R390A Birthday and otherness

I believe I sourced the 02/24/54 date from Ed Fong's originial R390A 
article that appeared in The Signal.  He compared modern receiver 
designs to what he considered THE performance baseline, the R390A.

The full list of components I changed to correct the AGC failure in my 
own R390A is:

C502
C519
V508 (Just because)

Didn't have any .05 uf 1KV ceramic disc caps so used a .022 in its 
place.
