[R-390] Setting up a second layer of security if you use a google email account

Just a tip on setting up email security with google.
There is another layer of security you can enable on your google email
account. This creates a set of keys that need to be loaded into specific
applications, like outlook or a portable device (iphone, android, etc), so
they can access your email system or contacts list. This is not that easy
to find so here is the shortcut
https://security.google.com/settings/security/apppasswords?pli=1
You will want to copy down these and store them somewhere when you create
them. When combined with your email password they become "the keys to the
kingdom".
Unfortunately if you have ever used some applications in IOS or android
they "grant" some third party applications to your email through the
internals of the operating system.
