If it's complete, $200 is a good deal even if it's dirty and needs work.
You could likely sell the knobs, meters, panel, and decks out of it and
make a profit at that price.

Keep in mind that it's a Collins-*designed* radio and you won't be
disappointed. Most were made by other manufacturers, and nearly all the
Collins examples went through depot maintenance over the years and had
modules installed from other manufacturers.

They're great receivers, definitely a rite of passage for the serious SWL.
