Hi Jerry,  That is a very good deal, assuming the kc change is smooth and not too stiff end to end, the end point is not more than a kc off, all 4 filters are working (same signal level),and all bands receive a reasonable signal.  This could be your lucky day - they're worth about $600-700 and more in good condition.
