I read Cecil's and Renee's post.
 
In so much as Cecil holds that the manufacture of the Kielbasa has
properties that enhance the signal of the receiver, I have to allow that
the exact recipe is of importance.
 
We argue for the properties of capacitor and noise levels of tubes and band widths of mechanical filters
so I must allow content and manufacturing  process of ballast Kielbasa is indeed on topic.
