Sometimes, I just love this list!
A lot of people don't know about the pay list that was big back in the
early 90's. They had a lot of true experts. Tons of them. They knew each
and every detail ever created. But, even if you paid to join the list,
you better stay on topic of they would fry your butt in a flash. You
would get a tongue lashing, called names, and those guys wouldn't help
you no matter what. You couldn't ask about antennas. You couldn't ask
about scopes or tube testers.
That's the alternative. Some of the older members of this list may
remember that one. I had my free trial period and they seemed to have
forgotten about me for several years. I updated my email address when I
moved and they must have caught the error. No loss to me.
