[R-390] Need some help

How do I contact the list owner?  I just received an email that I think is spam stating that my membership is suspended due to too many bounces of my responses.  To my knowledge I haven't been bounced at all - I haven't been responding recently - just reading the mail - and I haven't received any bounce notifications.  Could be my email addy has been hijacked?

Who do I contact?
