Here’s where the TD powder project stands:
 
Enough people responded wanting the TD powder so I
ordered a pound (454 Grams?) and it has arrived the other day.
 
There is enough for all who expressed an interest.
I’m waiting for the arrival of a digital scale from Colorado to weigh it
accurately.  For some strange reason
Colorado seems to be the digital scale capital of the nation right now.
 
I may have mis-placed my bag of syringes.  If I can’t find them shortly I will increase
the powder for those who wanted the kit.
 
There is one list member who will buy all of the
excess I have, however there is plenty left if anyone who didn’t answer the
straw poll would still like to get some.  Just contact me off list.
 
When I’m ready to ship I will ask for the money
and a shipping address for those who wanted the syringe kit and ask those who
just wanted the powder to send me the money with their SASE.
 
After double checking with Tisha Hays (thanks for
your multiple inputs) answering the question of which alcohol solvent to use was
solved.
 
One wants to go to their favorite adult beverage
store and buy a small bottle of Ever Clear grain neutral spirits. (Or if you
live in the south where I‘m located, one might find on alternative supplier.)
 
Here’s why. All other solvents are either very
dangerous to inhale, will attack certain metals and plastics, or contain
water.  For example, one shouldn’t use
vodka or gin as they contain about 55% water by volume.  Ever Clear is in the range of 96% alcohol by
volume.  Achieving close to100% alcohol
can be done but it is extraordinarily difficult and has a price to match. 
 
Locally for me the smallest bottle of Ever Clear
is around $8.  You will likely have a lifetime
amount for your B/A’s on some left over for other adult occasions.
