[R-390] WANTED R-390A Dial lock knob and associated parts

Hello,
I have a blue stripper I got from Fair Radio many years ago. I never 
found time to restore it or even take a closer look. Anyhow a fellow ham 
wants it but noticed that the dial lock knob and all its associated 
parts behind the front panel are missing. Does anybody have the missing 
parts available?
How much for these parts incl. shipping to Germany? I can pay instandly 
via PayPal and will of course cover all fees or can airmail a cheque 
from my US bank account.
