[R-390] Mechanical filter Alignment

Not all IF decks had the trimmer caps installed.  You probably have an early one.  Not much you can do.

It talks about aligning the *Mechanical Filters*, yet I can't find any 
of the Caps mentioned to adjust!
C-564 thru C-571 ?
Is this article wrong or am I just missing all of them somehow?
