[R-390] R-390A 3 Fuse Upgrade

An offline request by a list member for the R-390A
3 fuse update info reminded me that not all subscribe, or have access to ER
magazine so they have not seen the article I wrote on the 3 fuse update.
 
I’ve asked Al to add it to the r390a.net site. I’ve
added to color pictures for additional clarity.  
 
Hopefully it will be added to the Y2KR3 when there
is a supplement.
