[R-390] Caps

I've come to the conclusion the best thing to do is remove all the parts from burned out compact fluorescent bulbs and use the capacitors in them for R-390A restoration.  Then buy some kielbasa with the money saved, sit back, and enjoy the kielbasa with a bottle of beer.  Good idea, Steve!  If the R-390 fails, just turn it off and watch a little Jerry Springer on TV.
