[R-390] Dry Transfer Decals Better News

To be perfectly honest, It is more "wool gathering" than it is an 
intended path.

I have only one R-390A to get done and up.  The extra panel that "was" 
silk screened, is just extra part(s) at this juncture.

I will probably do something such as hang it on the wall over the 
station operating position.  I have too many projects and too little time.

It is more simply talking out loud than anything else.

There is plenty to do with the current R-390A project as it is.
