We have used FPE for prototypes that needed to be pretty enough to 
show around and for small job shop lots.  The panels look very nice, 
FPE's ordering and customer service processes are very friendly, and 
they cater to one-off orders.  But, the prices are breathtaking.

They can do aluminum panels up to 10mm thick (0.394") in natural 
(undyed) anodizing or quite a number of powder-coated finishes.
